Shari Oosting works with Christian leaders and congregations to discern what God is calling them toward next. She directs the Churches in Mission project at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, MI, which helps congregations clarify and engage in local mission through listening to their neighbors to discover what the Spirit is up to. Prior to working in theological education, she spent seven years in the finance industry.
