Consultations offer maximum flexibility and seek input from a broad range of stakeholders and ministry constituencies. They can be used to assess, strategize, or educate. Consultations often assess needs, readiness, strengths and weaknesses; test viability; imagine new possibilities; develop strategic plans; or create innovative entrepreneurial processes that respond to community needs.
Consultations may be in person or online, and are tailored to what you hope to achieve (typically they take at least a day and involve multiple stakeholders). After an initial conversation with you, we will submit a proposal containing our recommendations about the kind of consultation that seems most likely to serve your particular needs.

Ministry Incubators events are generally hosted by a sponsoring organization. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, click here.
The Hatchathon gives space, time, and the right conditions to move your idea from concept to launch. This 2.5 day event is recommended for people who are still clarifying their idea for an impact enterprise, or who want to learn the basics for getting an entrepreneurial ministry off the ground. Participants will create prototypes of basic framing documents, develop an initial pitch deck, and practice communicating their ideas to others.

Innovation Clinic (A Hatchathon for a Sponsoring Organization)
Innovation Clinics are 3.5 day, context-specific innovation labs. They are generally hosted by a sponsoring group (e.g., a conference, diocese, judicatory, cohort, or educational institution) that wants to encourage innovation and new ministry development for the sponsoring group’s unique context. Innovation Clinics are customized to the needs of the sponsoring organization (some encourage participants to launch ideas from scratch, and others focus on creative solutions to an existing scenario). Innovation clinics are developed in concert with the needs of the sponsoring group.

Coaching is recommended for individuals and teams at any stage in their impact enterprise, who have a particular issue or concern for which they require outside guidance or skill development. Coaching sessions are conducted in person or by phone, and may involve one or two coaches, depending on the contract. Coaching contracts typically address desired goals. Sessions may be billed hourly or purchased in “bundles” (6 month, 12 month, etc.)
