The Columbia Future Forge is a mentoring and training program where young adults from diverse backgrounds learn professional job skills and life skills and explore their unique talents and abilities. Forge participants complete 5 skills trainings a year, are paired with a coach/mentor, and are either given direct employment or certificated so that they can get a job interview at various businesses around Clark County.

“The Forge began as a for-profit landscaping company and worked with Ministry Incubators during its initial startup phase seven years ago. It was a delight to gather with others who advocate for Kingdom work and social enterprise! This work cannot be done alone!—Matt Overton, Founder
